Returns Policy
Our returns policy as stated here does not affect or alter your statutory rights under European and Irish, but rather details what we are prepared over and about your basic rights. For full details of our policy see the terms and conditions of this website (this page is intended simply as a plain-language explanation of these T&Cs).
Items ordered directly from the website are covered by a seven day cooling off period within which you may cancel the item and receive a full refund, but if the item has already been dispatched then you are under obligation to return it at your own liability for the cancellation to stand. Orders made over the phone or in person are not covered by any such statutory cooling off period.
Items will also be accepted for return where there is a material fault in the product or where it is not fit for purpose as per advice given by one of our sales staff. Please note that we can not accept responsibility for cases where an item is purchased without seeking advice and it subsequently fails to excel in specific uses outside those expected for such a product or for which it has been advertised as suitable by the manufacturer.
In no circumstances can a cash refund be given on purchases (other than those covered by the cooling-off period described above) simply because of a change of heart on the part of the purchaser, but a creditnote may be offered at the discretion of the management.
