Parcels are picked up from us in the early afternoon, and orders before 2pm will normally be shipped for delivery within Ireland the next working day (delivery to Britain is normally two working days). Items ordered directly from the website or by phone are covered by a seven day cooling off period (under EU Distance Selling regulations) within which you may cancel the item and receive a full refund. If the item has already been dispatched then you are under obligation to return it at your own liability for the cancellation to stand, and you refund will be less our shipping costs. Orders made in person are not covered by any such statutory cooling off period.
