Orders are generally dealt with as soon as they are received.
Parcels are picked up from us in the early afternoon, and orders before 2pm will normally be shipped for delivery within Ireland the next working day (delivery to Britain is normally two working days). Please call us on 01-6777179 if you need an item urgently to confirm we can get it packed before the respective courier picks-up.

Items ordered directly from the website or by phone are covered by a 14 day cooling off period (under EU Distance Selling regulations) within which you may cancel the item and receive a full refund. If the item has already been dispatched then you are under obligation to return it at your own liability for the cancellation to stand, and you refund will be less our shipping costs. Orders made in person are not covered by any such statutory cooling off period.
