Delivery
Orders are generally dealt with as soon as they are received, and parcels are picked up from us in the early afternoon every day. Most deliveries should reach their destination the next working day.
Depending on the value and the urgency of items they are dispatched via one of three services:
- Nightline Couriers - the vast majority of parcels are sent using their overnight delivery service for Ireland and the UK.
- Connect Couriers - for items of greater urgency for delivery same day in the Dublin area.
- An Post - for low value, light-weight items sent by either letter or packet post.
Delivery costs applied to any item ordered from the Conns Cameras website will be as follows:
- €1.95 for light and inexpensive items dispatched by letter post
- €4.95 for lighter items dispatched by packet post or Nightline Couriers
- €9.95 for heavier or more urgent items dispatched by Nightline Couriers or Connect Couriers
Where multiple items have been ordered together the more expensive of any allocated postal rates will apply for the entire combined order.
Where an ordered item can not be dispatched straight away for whatever reason every endeavour will be made to make contact and advise of the expected delay.
